She has come to specialize in helping managers and employees develop more effective relationships - so that the work gets done, and inter-personal stress is reduced or eliminated. Joan’s background includes: a bachelors degree in international relations, a masters in business, 7 years with the U.S. Peace Corps, more years with various government organisations, wide-ranging interests in philosophy, social psychology, change management, emotional intelligence, coaching, neuro-linguistics, adult education, leadership, etc. She did her coach training through Coachville, and NLP training with the Chris Howard Companies.
