About the Program: Since 2002 EQ At Work has provided training in advanced coaching skills and certification in emotional intelligence coaching to new and experience coaches. Our 2009 coach certification program is integrated with IAC Masteries development. We teach via webinar plus mentor coaching. We also provide a multi-media self-paced learning course in preparation for IAC Certification in our virtual classroom. All of our staff instructors, and mentor coaches are Certified EQ Coaches and or/ICF certified.
