  DialogueSA is a multi-award-winning niche consultancy that trains coaches to mastery level, supporting them to achieve internationally recognized coaching certifications and professional accreditations.

  Using uses COMENSA’s behavioural standards and IAC (International Association of Coaches) Masteries as its core, it explores:
  • contracting, planning, structure and models
  • how to create vital shifts
  • finding your unique approach and style
  • coaching theory (made practical and applicable to individual context) interwoven with application
  • reflection and self-awareness
  • professional conduct and practices.

  The 5-month Coach Activator programme enhances and accredits your present coaching skills. It offers theory, plenty of practice and individual evaluation, supplying you with a clear understanding of your strengths as a coach, as well as a framework for your approach. The process provides useful tools for how to employ face-to-face techniques for guiding, motivating and collaboratively problem-solving with your coachee so that they reach their fullest potential.

  This programme is for people who coach as part of their leadership role or individuals with private practices. It activates the unique coach within, whilst building the capacity to hold a professional and ethical coaching space.

  In intimate and strength-based group sessions, participants learn and practice key coaching skills, explore their niche, work with any personal blocks or challenges and find a coaching style that feels empowering and relevant.

  The groups are deliberately small (under 10 participants) to ensure relevance to each participant’s requirements and time for lots of coaching practice and feedback.

  It is deep, intensive and hands-on. Participants coach three clients for at least 3 sessions each during the programme. There is group and individual mentoring/supervision, reflection and documentation. Throughout the course we build towards a portfolio of evidence. After completion of the training, join our coach community with continued facilitated peer support and development.
