Values-based decision making generally
has one of the most clear set of measures.
If an option does not match my values my
choice becomes pretty obvious, pretty quickly.

When coaches help clients get clear about
their values there is an opportunity to
look at all manner of decisions from a different
perspective—and a much bigger one.
