In the US we celebrate Thanksgiving this month, so there is a lot of talk about gratitude. And as the end of my term as president nears, I can say with a very full heart that I have so much to be grateful for. First, as a founding member of the International Association of Coaching and a student of the late Thomas Leonard, my heart is fully vested in the IAC and what we stand for, now more than ever. We are neither the biggest nor the loudest group in the industry but our coaches are among the true masters. I have gotten to know many of you these past few years, and I am grateful for the coaching, the mentoring and the friendship. The IAC offers a unique path to mastery that is available to each and every one of our members whether the goal is to become certified or not and there is a growing sense of community and partnership among those actively participating on this path. Some choose to join a Path to Mastery Teleconference or triad, while others attend a local or virtual IAC chapter or licensee training program but all participants are deepening their understanding of coaching and the IAC Masteries, and it’s positively impacting their businesses and their lives. I am grateful for those accompanying me on my journey. In the next couple of months I’ll be wrapping up my term as president. For the past couple of years I have been committed to strengthening our infrastructure in an effort to grow our membership and expand our reach. We are moving forward and I am grateful for the team who has worked so hard beside me. And I am grateful for the opportunity to serve you. With heartfelt gratitude, IAC President Vicki Zanini, General Manager Natalie Tucker Miller,
