Experience The Coaching Masteries®: The 2025 Global Triads Season Begins

In the vast ocean of human development, the International Association of Coaching (IAC®) once again lights its beacon of excellence, ethics, and transformation. On September 10, 2025, we celebrated the Kick-Off of Module 2 of “Experience The Coaching Masteries®,” corresponding to the Global Coaching Triads, “The Coaching Triads.” This initiative is aligned with the IAC® mission of “providing a highly accountable professional development model for aspiring and experienced coaches, as well as professionals in other fields, ensuring that their coaching mastery is valued and contributes to the evolution of human potential worldwide.”
This global program, exclusively for active members, invites coaches from around the world to participate in professional practice triads in the three official IAC® languages: English, Spanish, and Chinese. In this space, skills are not only refined, but meaningful connections are cultivated and a global perspective on coaching is enriched.
At the time of the Kick-Off, registration had reached 89 participants, reflecting the strong appetite to practice, learn, and grow as a community. Diversity once again took center stage: about 45% chose English as their working language, and around 28% chose Spanish and 27% Chinese. Experience levels ranged from coaches with less than a year of practice to those with more than a decade, with significant representation of IAC-Masteries Practitioners, IAC-Certified Coaches, and even some IAC-Master Coaches accompanying this journey.
Participants in the Triads receive a clear and practical welcome package that includes the “Coaching Triads – Path to the Certification” Handbook, a framework to structure their sessions, and the contact details of their peers. With this, each group sets its own pace and mode: twelve weeks to sustain practice, with an operational window of about thirteen weeks for those joining late or coordinating across time zones. Each session focuses on one coaching process (aligned with IAC®’s 45-minute standard) and leaves room for something essential: feedback and reflection. In that dialogue among peers, the Masteries become tangible learning.
The dynamic is simple yet powerful: rotating roles between coach, client, and observer. In this alternation, and in the attentive listening to different styles, perspectives are expanded, skills sharpened, and self-management strengthened. Some participants, with the express consent of their peers, choose to record sessions later submitted toward IAC-Certified Coach (IAC-CC) or IAC-Master Coach (IAC-MC) credentials. Thus, practice, beyond being a laboratory of excellence, can become a direct bridge to accreditation.
During the Kick-Off, the Board of Governors (BoG) and Executive Committee (ExCo), through the voice of President Guilian Carlotti, reminded us why this program ignites enthusiasm: it is not just about technique; it is about living The Coaching Masteries® and embodying the values that sustain the IAC®: integrity, trust, inclusion, innovation, lifelong learning, compassion, and responsibility. In times of rapid change, what is essential remains profoundly human: we not only practice… we also connect and expand.
This stage of the program now continues with logistical support for coordination by language and time zone, and with the flexibility that characterizes our global community. Each Triad sets its schedule, cadence, and working agreements, with commitment as the compass. Those who experienced Module 1 agree on three key gains: 1) greater clarity in designing and leading sessions, 2) broader perspectives thanks to intercultural feedback, and 3) meaningful material to strengthen the path toward certification when applicable.
