Quo Vadis Coaching? 2022: A Recap Worth Reliving

“Coach the Present, Shape the Future” – a meaningful theme in the post-pandemic era.
Carrying on from its previous successes, this year’s “Quo Vadis, Coaching?” IAC® Webinar Series asks two vital questions: where is coaching today and where are we heading as coaches?

2022’s theme ‘Coach the Present, Shape the Future’ will be a platform for professionals in the coaching world to enter into a stimulating discourse that seeks to explore the possibilities to expand our potential as coaches.

‘Coach the Present, Shape the Future’ resonates with our Vision to “advance the profession of coaching to the highest standards of universal excellence.” This is a timely and much-needed discussion that could help us understand and champion the role of coaching in addressing the uncertainties of the post-pandemic era.

So, what does this theme mean for coaches? What do we want to be mindful of? How do we learn to embrace polarities, as individuals, organizations and communities? How do we make better decisions? How do we navigate turbulent waters with courage and compassion?

These questions invite meaningful, yet often uncomfortable conversations. This edition of ‘Quo Vadis Coaching?’ promises to bring forth a lively and meaningful discussion that will address these issues and beyond. With invaluable contributions from esteemed world-class Coaches, participants can expect a rich learning and sharing experience which will open up minds and encourage deep reflection.

Title: THE FUTURE OF COACHING. Quo Vadis Coaching?

What do coaches need to do to become future-ready? What are the trends that will shape the future of coaching?
In the first session, we are excited to explore the future of coaching.

This session brings together three thought leaders who have contributed significantly to coaching by taking the road less traveled. They have challenged norms and shaped new landscapes that have enriched the coaching world. Their vision, insights, and deep connection to The Coaching Masteries® will help us explore a new world of possibilities.

We are delighted to introduce the new format of the IAC Values which will be released during the session.

The IAC® was built on 17 VALUES that continue to guide and inspire our personal and professional contributions as members, coaches, and as an organization. Our Values are the cornerstone of our Mission, our Vision, and our IAC Masteries. This is where the uniqueness of the IAC lies and the IAC® Values have enabled us to stand out from among the many coach certification bodies around the world.

To help our IAC® VALUES better resonate with you today and the generations of coaches to come, this year, 2022, the IAC has condensed the 17 IAC® Values into 7 IAC® Core Values incorporating the 17 original values. Our IAC® VALUES are now more universally comprehensible, simpler to translate across languages, and easier to remember. They capture the essence of our past while inspiring our present and future actions.

How is coaching impacting leaders in the 4.0 world?
In today’s post-pandemic world, leaders face unprecedented challenges. Far from slowing down, there is a socio-economic and political urgency globally, and we are witnessing the largest adaptive leap in decades.

Leaders now lead under radical and innovative conditions, working with remote and hybrid as well as intercultural and intergenerational teams in the digitalized landscapes of today.

So, how do we redefine and shape leadership to meet these ever-changing scenarios? How do leaders evolve to be more responsive, influential, and relevant? What would be the right values to embrace?
How does one take care of the team, the work, and oneself?
These are some of the issues that we will answer in this powerful session.

Mastery 4 connects us with full presence, focus full attention on the client, processing information at the level of the mind, body, heart, and/or spirit, as appropriate.
