Quo Vadis Coaching? 2025

Global Trends and Their Impact on the Culture of Coaching
Co-creating the Future of Coaching through Innovation, Consciousness, and Action
In 2025, the International Association of Coaching (IAC®) celebrated the tenth edition of “Quo Vadis Coaching?”—a global forum that, since 2016, has become a reference point for reflection, dialogue, and anticipation of the future of coaching.
“Quo Vadis” —Where are we going?— is not only a question; it is an ethical, innovative, and conscious compass that guides the global coaching community toward the major challenges of our time.
This year, under the theme “Global Trends and Their Impact on the Culture of Coaching,” we bring together coaches, leaders, researchers, academics, and professionals from around the world to co-create a future that balances innovation, consciousness, and action.
At the heart of this gathering lies the IAC® mission, Code of Ethics, and core values:
lifelong learning, compassion, integrity, trust, inclusion, innovation, and responsibility.
Coaching, at its essence, is a transformative process of awareness and growth.
Now more than ever, we are called to be protagonists—rather than spectators— in the social, cultural, and technological transformations shaping our world.

“Quo Vadis Coaching?” is more than an academic forum.
It is an invitation to co-create a future that is both necessary and possible:
● A future where technological innovation is guided by consciousness.
● A future where sustainability is inseparable from human development.
● A future where coaching stands as culture, ethics, and a global transformative force.
As we look forward, we renew the founding commitment of the IAC®:
to expand the possibilities of humanity and to serve as guardians of ethics, inclusion, and excellence in coaching.
