Professor Devdas Menon
Dr. Devdas Menon is a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at IIT Madras, engaged in teaching, research and consultancy in structural engineering. He adopts a holistic approach in education, placing, an emphasis on inner development and transformation. He is the author of books titled ‘Stop sleepwalking through life!’ and ‘Spirituality at work’ that talk on peace, happiness and fulfillment in life and inspire us to rediscover ancient wisdom in our own individual ways in our daily lives.
He teaches two uniquely designed and popular elective courses at IIT Madras, Self Awareness and Integral Karma yoga. He is an inspiring speaker in finding meaning and fulfillment in life through self-awareness and inner transformation.

Paul Pahil, Positive Psychologist
Paul Pahil is the Director of Hungry 4 Learning Ltd, a highly innovative and research-based consultancy specialising in developing flourishing individuals, groups and teams via engaging in a positive frame of reference. The basis of his work is how individuals and teams can engage themselves and develop further to flourish in ever changing circumstances by using a holistic strength-based framework, enhancing positivity in terms of cognitions, emotions and interactions; and using solution-focused approach and appreciative inquiry to build on what is already working within individuals and organizations.
Having learnt the power of unleashing potential in people, Paul’s mission is based on the belief that all people and teams have the right to experience the richness and benefits of optimal functioning and living. In 2013 he founded the concept of Budapest’s Happiness Week to promote well-being to communities in Budapest to further promote the concept of ‘flourishing’.
Paul has trained with the legendary Mihály Csíkszentmihályi, one of the founders of Positive Psychology, who pioneered the concept of the Flow state.

 

Krishna Kumar

Krishna Kumar is the IAC President and the Founder-Director of the Intrad School of Executive Coaching (ISEC) and a pioneer in the sphere of Leadership and Executive Coaching in India. His firm belief that coaching is the best way to learn has carried him through a varied learning journey over three decades that included donning the hats of a corporate executive, an entrepreneur, a tennis coach, a B-school professor, independent Board member and an Executive Coach.
