Our colleagues at the European Mentoring & Coaching Council forwarded this
announcement that we wanted to share with our readers:
The Greatest Ever Coaching Outcome Research is a global quantitative coaching
research project, the largest of its kind, which has already collected data
from more than 1,400 coaching clients, 800 corresponding coaches and 100 of
their sponsors, including responses from more than 30 countries. This research
is coordinated by Ashridge Centre for Coaching, the VU University in Amsterdam
and the University of Sydney. This is a record in coaching outcome literature,
meaning that we’re well positioned to have sufficiently powerful statistics
to know something about coaching effectiveness.
There’s still time for you to participate in this research project, and
taking part is easy. Simply ask your clients to complete the questionnaire at
www.ashridge.org.uk/client.
This will take no more than 10 minutes. One question on that questionnaire gives
us your email address which we’ll only use to invite you to complete the
corresponding coach-questionnaire.
All responses to the questionnaires will be treated in strictest confidence
and no individual respondent will be identified beyond matching coach, client
and the sponsor data internally. Ashridge research analyst Andy Copeland will
process your individual answers. No names or individual data will be published.
For more background on the research and a sample letter to send to your clients,
see www.ashridge.org.uk/centreforcoaching.
